Back again to see Friends

We have just stayed at the Royal Villa again. This makes it the 4th time we have been here. We like it here because the owners are friendly, they care about our comfort and safety. The rooms are clean and the guys are always surprising us with renovations and upgrades. We are still paying the same price we did 3 years ago. We will be back in the winter and can't wait to see the new things Doug and Kenny have planned for us when we get there. Hi to the doggies too!!

Unfriendly Staff is an Understatement

They should have paid us for the stay... huge disappointment. I could have overlooked everything else, but the staff attitudes sucked.

Highly Recommended!

My partner and I stayed here last weekend and had a wonderful time! Our room was clean and newly remodelled, and the resort facilities were great - in particular, the pool and jacuzzi. Kenny, one of the owners, was very kind and helpful (and cute too) :) Highly recommended!

I HAVE STAYED AT ROYAL VILLAS 4 TIMES SINCE 2007

I have stayed at Royal Villas 4 or 5 times since 2007 and can't say enough good things to our friends in Philadelphia/Delaware area about the accomodations. My partner and I travel a lot and we're always looking for a good value. Our rooms have always been clean and are sizeable compared to what we get in Florida for much more $. The grounds are beautiful and secure at night. Since this is downtown that is important. Doug and Kenny are responsible owners of a business and as onsite management they maintain a watchful eye. They do discourage public sex but not sex. As Doug would say "take it to your room". On the plus+ side of staying here I can say that the rooms are larger than normal for a "hotel" room, the rooms are adequately cleaned and furnished, the pool and hot tub are BEAUTIFUL, the price is reasonable, the location is excellent, and I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT IS QUIET AT NIGHT AND I CAN SLEEP !. The negatives are they could use a few more parking spaces on site, and they need to leave the hot tub on until midnight instead of 9:00PM. If you're looking for the gay F**K Palace, go to the bathhouse. Staying here was a wonderful way of getting acquainted with beautiful Phoenix. Mike and Dave (Philly area)

Huh?

Read the other review and can't believe it's The Royal Villa! I have stayed here 4 times and have always loved the place. Beautiful landscapes , pool and hot tub! Owners have always been cordial and most helpful. I guess you get back what you give! Excellent location - close to bars, restaurants, etc. It's a great place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. No complaints here . If you want a loud party place, there are plenty of bars around. This is a hotel just like any other hotel and you have to follow the simple rules! Clientele are businessman, and vacationers.
