Great Bed and Breakfast in Phoenix
My partner, Bob, and I really enjoyed our stay at the Arizona Sunburst Inn. Tim, the owner, was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our room was poolside, but quiet and well appointed. The atmosphere was very friendly and outgoing among the guest. Clothes are optional--yeah! We enjoyed sunbathing around the pool. The B+B is close to lots of gay bars, restaurants, baths and other Phoenix attractions. We'll stay there the next time were in this beautiful city. -

The bf and I spent our 5 year anniversary there. Very clean, nice relaxing place to stay. Very cozy. Room are very nice and clean.. Tim the owner is very caring person. We are locals but will be staying there again in the summer.. This place is a 5 stars, Thank you Tim for a very wonderful place. -
Amazing
This place was certainly a great discovery! It has a small and homelike feel about it except that you are far from home and don't have to do the cleaning. Tim was an exceptional host, very likeable from the start. He made sure to introdce the guests to one another but was not intrusive about it. We all even had a night out bowling together. The rooms were nicely done and clean. We will definitely stay here again! -

This is the greatest B&B I have ever roomed at, gay OR straight. Tim is a superb host, quiet, unassuming, gentle, engaging when you want to be but respectful of your privacy. Clean and quiet. Friendly clientele. I wish every city had a Sunburst Inn - can't say enough good about it. The restaurant close by is superb as well. -
Great place
Was in Phoenix last week. 04/ 02/2011. Let me tell you hands down this place is the place ot stay. The owner is great and could not be more helpful with getting information about travel and the city. Stayed for a full 7 days and would do it again in a heart beat. Clean, Not loud, Great staff. We were made to feel most welcome and our stay could not have been better. ps if you stay you gotta try out the restaurant around the corner. -
Fantastic
My partner and I have stayed here several times. Even though we live in the area, a stay at the AZ Sunburst is a time when we can get away, relax, and feel like we have traveled hundreds of miles to an oasis. Tim is such a remarkable host!!!! I love this place! -

Wonderful gay accommodations in Phoenix. Really a small resort with a Bed and Breakfast feel. Owners are super friendly and hospitable. Nice large updated rooms. The new owner has really made this place super. We highly suggest it to anyone staying in Phoenix. Located in a quiet residential area and close to bars, restaurants and shopping. -

Home away from Home
I begin simply by saying, "Stay here!" So lucky I found this gem of a place in Phoenix to stay on a recent visit for a family function. Tim and James have really outdone themselves creating a wonderful place for Gay men to feel at home, relax and enjoy the company of others. I couldn't imagine staying in some local hotel being confined to a room or unable to enjoy myself by the pool. There was an endearing camaraderie with other guests from all over the US ages 27-63 during my 5 days there. Some where there on business and some on vacation. Tim makes sure everyone is included in his "temporary" family while there. Making sure to give you your space. He's a wonderful man and boy has he done a terrific job with this venture. Again, "Stay Here". -
Outstanding
Visited in Jan 07 and the place is great! You ae made to feel so welcome and the rooms and service are so comfortable. The key is to make you feel right at home and treat the place like home - the guys achieve just that and I would definitely stay again on another visit.
