Decent facility
It's not a 5 star hotel but they keep it clean, continue to invest money in renovations and the staff is usually friendly although often not very efficient. They have a rather nice outdoor pool, spa and there is wireless available everywhere on the premises. Their larger rooms are really nice with a private restroom. They have a maze and a group sex room toward the back. It is in an industrial district close to the freeway and just minutes to the airport. Locker specials on Mondays and Tuesdays. Alas, fewer guys are going all the time. Phoenix is a pretty up-tight city. I believe the internet has proven a more viable tool for guys seeking an anonymous hook-up. But you know, it only takes one nice looking guy and there you go.
The only place
The staff is great, always friendly, helpful, cool manager, and the hot guys are to be found HERE at Flex. When? I think Friday, Sat nights, Sunday all afternoon, Mondays for $1 locker night and I can't recall why but it seems Thurs is busy. They need wireless for the rooms though, only complaint - oh, their 'competition' won't even permit computers! Why?

REALLY FUN TIMES
Older crowd
Went on a Wednesday around noon because I had a four hour wait for my airplane and so wanted to kill some time. The crowd was mostly over 50 and the place mostly empty. The steam room was not really hot and it seemed dirty and creepy to me. The rest of the place is descent and clean. Looking forward visiting again when it is more crowded.
