Small neighbourhood bar with very friendly staff and patrons that will actually talk to you. Ranges from a quiet crowd during the week to reasonable numbers by the weekend. Mixed patronage - ranging from the odd twink to the more mature. No thumping music so you can actually hold a decent conversation. Cheap drinks, hot muscly bartenders (Brian and Frank...woof!), Sunday brunch, Monday Karaoke an more. Highly recommended if you're new to Phoenix and don't like crowded, noisy, smoky places. Walking distance from the Royal Villa Resort.

From great little neighborhood bar during the week to crazy military dance club on the weekend... love this place!! The staff are all super friendly, everyone seems pretty relaxed and decent, no snobs or pretentious bitchy kids to ruin your night!!

I live in the neighborhood and absolutely love this place. I don't go out much, but when I do I go here. The bartender's and staff make me feel right at home. There especially is a cute, and sweet guy, David, who I just adore. Hands down my favorite bar. No attutide here!

The BEST bar to go in Phoenix

Hands down, go here. Every night of the week has a very friendly and HOT bartender (just don't be looking for a twink). Good drink prices, and friendly clientele. If I am ever back in Phoenix, this is the first place I will return to for a drink, or four!

Formerly Friends...lost it's charm

This place used to called Friends and had a great Friday happy hour with munchies and real good music. New owners...no munchies, unpleasant music, and the crowds have left.
