the smoke
If you like a smoking bar. With many ass holes in it and men that want to take you out to the parking lot to suck you off then it's a place for you.
Interesting Sunday
We were here a few years ago. Great place. The go-go-dancers were odd and oddly dressed. Great Sunday 3-4-1 and so you can't complain. I would go back.
Two-Steppin
I loved two steppin in Charlie's, they called me Dutchy and I still remember one guy in particular KC and it all happened in 1985
Great Place
Went their Friday night with a female (straight) friend. We had a ball. Really hot topless bartender, and friendly staff. Dance floor was loads of fun. Met this older couple, two guys with the same first name. Wanted to go home with them. Will definitely go back the next time I am in town.
Country but fun
I'm not a big country fan but Charlies doesn't force you to listen to country music, they just have the country theme. Bartenders are dressed in boots, wranglers, and hats. The outside area is really fixed up like a rodeo (or fair grounds). A big dirt area with the classic aluminium risers to sit on. The indoor area is a very large room with a large bar. There's lots of seating and a seperate dance floor at the end of the room. They usually spin the top hits. The crowd is usually youngish mostly 20-30s.
