The owner of this inn has opened his hotel to the gay clientele. Participants and spectators of the annual Gay Rodeo are welcomed here, as well as anyone looking to enjoy the gay Phoenix nightlife.

Location is probably the only reason to stay here

I need to go by there and see if they've done anything with the place. Little things like a great hot tub with only three jets working. Unless they have really cleaned up the rooms and fixed the security doors, the only thing to be said for this is you can walk to Charlies and they have plenty of parking.
