Fun, clothing optional, resort in the heart of central Phoenix -- where all the gay boys live and play. Great pool, Jacuzzi and desert planting grounds. Every room has a kitchenette... so save some money go to the local Fry's grocery store. Your hosts Kenny and Doug will do their best to make you feel at home -- as long as you follow their "rules!"

I would have to say tht this is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The location was central, the hosts were great and i will be back. Fantastic pool and spa area. Lots of men from allover USA and Canada. I will be back!

A nice clean place. The time I spent here however was very lonely. Was one of only two people in the entire resort. Might have been better off asking how many reservations would be there. Owners could not be nicer

This is my 4th time to stay at the Villa. This new place is so nice. The grounds and landscaping are fantastic. The room are spacious as are the hosts. It is very relaxing. We will be back.

the rooms were large and very clean. the hosts were gracious. Thepool and hot tub were great, busy and lots of eye candy. We could walk to bars and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Samll parking lot onsite, but more offsite. We will return.

The room was a little dirty, stained towels, a/c did not work very good. Great pool and hot tub. This place is a great concept, but it needs updating.

I have enjoyed my stay every time over the past several years. the new location is beautiful and centrally located to all of what Pheonix has to offer. I can't wait to visit again
