City of PHX stopped almost all action.

In the early 2000's, the City of Phoenix came down extremely hard on all baths and adult video stores (with GLs), ready to close all of them. Chute negotiated to stay open with very strick conduct rules...absolutely NO exposure outside of closed doors! Even in your room, no exposure or suggestive acts with door open!!! This applies to Chute and Flex...and no more GLs in the AVS/ABSs. It was not the police chief then, because he has been in Houston for several years since and has not taken this harsh action there.

Although still lots of fun, this place has seemed to become less busy these days compared to when I first went there about five years ago. Lots of party types at night, especially late at night, a few sinister looking people, but there are also some hot and hung studs who go there. If you can deal with the occasional riffraff, you can actually have a good time there. There is a maze, lots of rooms, a shower and steam room, a workout room that is never used, and a lounge area. As you enter, they have an adult store set up with lube, gay sex dvds, and even a sling for sale. I met some fun and chatty folks there, but I probably won't be returning for a while.
