I've been here when it's packed and also when it's dead. It's a real fun place, nice bartenders, except count your drinks, sometimes it gets crazy. The bathrooms suck, they are all wet and girls lock themselves in the single stall ladies room doing who knows what, and you have to end up using the men's room, although they don't seem to mind. Good music, strong drinks, but a bit on the small and loud side to really talk to anyone.

One of my favorite bars here in phoenix closed (hopefully for a short while) but Homme stepped up to the plate and allowed the bartenders to work at Homme untill there bar is up and running. We used to help each other out. Now we gouge for the gay dollar.

I've been to Homme a few times since it opened, and I have to say... I freakin' love it.
I've only been on the weekends, so I can't speak for the weeknights, but I love French Kiss on Fridays.
Glad the crowd has always been bumpin, just wish the updstairs dance floor was a little bigger. Also, loving the smoking patio... great job with decor...
Nice underground feeling! <3

Well this sure is a big change from the days of Johnny MC's. Yes, it's nice to have a dance area downstairs. But the concept of having a DJ upstairs is retarded. The upstairs is too small for dancing and a DJ set up. The few times we were there (upstairs) it was like a DJ and his 10 friends standing around. No dance atmosphere. A big mistake. The upstairs was always a good place for conversation, not anymore. Now the manager has decided to make it a mixed bar with mostly straight disc jockeys and their groupies. Can't see the gay community supporting this for much longer.

I visit Phoenix often. This is always a must for me. Friendly staff and crowd. Such a nice change from the frosted and too tanned. Generally young art student types but I still felt comfortable and smiling. Not very cruisy but great fun. I really didnt expect this in Phoenix. I will be back.
