This bar is nothing more than "CHERRY LIPSTICK ON A PIG" and is SO WRONG in so many ways! The owner has attempted to make some cheesy cosmetic changes to the interior that have barely improved it's stale and depressing ambiance since the former occupant/dive-bar (Friends) closed a while ago. As the bar offers rather limited parking, many patrons must park on very poorly illuminated and questionable stretches of road where you may risk car theft and bodily harm if luck is not on your side that evening. The bar attracts a predominantly super-sized motley crowd that you can only appreciate via beer goggles. Do yourself a favor and skip this venue for greener and leaner pastures!

Sorry, but once Friends' name changed and ownership changed, I will not step foot in your bar. The new bar name is unappealing and the space will then lose its mass appeal. Also, the lack of a Sunday brunch further necessitates my non-interest in your bar.

Good Drinks, Friendly bartenders & owners, generous with the open pool table but what's with that terrible disco/techno music? Why propagate the stereotype?...look at the customers...all grew up in the 70's...play THEIR music. Try some Rock, Blues & Grunge...your customers will love it and keep coming back.

This is a very comfortable gay bar for all ages. The people are very friendly and it is a great atmosphere.

Clean and nice appearing stocked bar; great noon lunches and after 4PM snacks; good management and caring and capable staff (will send you home in a taxicab when necessary); a nice place for professional, semi-professonal and blue collar workers to hang out, shoot pool, throw darts and visit over a drink. If I have to make a choice, my favorite bartender is Tom.

If you like a goodlooking, non twink, friendly adult crowd, this is the place. Good drinks, good service, good music (classic disco at Friday happy hour). The space is clean and well maintained...it's a cut above the rest of the bars in Phoenix.

Visiting from San Francisco Ca, had a great time at Friends, I am amazed how friendly everyone was to me, bar tenders, servers and patrons. I am looking forward to visiting again and seeing again those people who made my time at Friends so enjoyable.

Very clean, nice, good service, great food. If I lived in Phoenix this would be "my bar". The Sunday brunch was really good. Live music on Sunday night is a great feature. Everyone was very friendly and a great mix of people..

For years now Friends has made a name for itself in Phoenix for being a friendly, unpretentious bar where friends could meet and talk. A rarity these days. BRAVO Friends.

This is a bar with a diverse crowd of hot horny men and little to no pretentious attitude from the clientelle. Ageswise it seems to cater to late 20's and up. The staff is very friendly.---If you know are "coming out" later in life....its a great place to strat
So, what do you say?
