i think the only thing i liked about this place was the two for one nights, and the bartenders pour heavy. they are very rude and obnoxious, but at least they can get you *&^^ up before heading somewhere else. dancing is fun after a few of those drinks, but the constant bumping into sweating gucci and prada from the dance floor being so small, it gets tiring. but ill still go again, mostly out of the lack of places in phoenix.

We had to drive around the block 4 times until we found out that it is hidden in the middle of a strip mall. Bartenders were NOT friendly but all the customers were very friendly. Bartender made a mistake a poured a drink on one of us and didn't even say "I'm sorry". It's just too far to drive from all the other bars in the central gay section of Phoenix.

bar staff is pretty darn friendly. nice patio, but it's usually filled with smoke. the crowd? eh. lots of needlessly snooty scottsdale uber-twinks who have a few too many hollister/abercromble shirts. sunday night karaoke crowd is nice, though.

VERY well decorated place, and the front and back patio areas are killer! Wasn't busy when I went on a Friday, but I met a terrific guy, so it was nice having the upstairs VIP room with curtains you could close to ourselves......Anyway, the key to FINDING BS West -- turn left onto Craftsman Court off 5th Ave, and then right at the first alley -- THEN it's easy to find. Drinks are good, and again, it's a beautifully appointed place: hope you get lucky like I did. I'm trying this again, and maybe it will be REALLY busy the next time I go (I was there on a Friday from 9pm-1:30am).

I realy liked this bar it was a lot of fun. The only thing I did not like was the DJ half of his music was awsome and the rest was crap. In all this is a realy good place!

REALLY NICE PLACE...I LOE THE INSIDE, HAS ALOT OF SPACE AND A COOL LITLE PATIO WHERE YOU AN TAKE YOUR DRINK OUT BACK AND SMOKE WHILE CHIT CHATTING WITH THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE....VERY CLEAN PLACE AS WELL, ITS JUST A BIT TUCKED AWAY....

I had a blast, great music, great people, great drink specials- 2 for 1. My only complaint is that when I mapquested the address it took me to an entirely different strip, then when I tried 411 they had no listing for "BS West" luckily my friends helped me find it. Anyway, I noticed the yahoo map in the upper right corner of this page... if you really want to find the place, follow this map cause it looks about right.

This is a nice place, and people seemed somewhat friendly. But on a Saturday night at 1130pm, there weren't that many people there. Call drinks were only $6 and they give you a chip for a free drink later on. Where are the people? It's hard to find as you have to walk through a tiny shopping center towards the back, where there's a side door to the bar. Lots of parking. Wish it were busier.

Friendly bar located in OLD TOWN. What could be better. Nice safe area where you can party with your straight friends then head to BS. Heather and the other bartenders are cool and make strong drinks. Love it.

Haven't been there yet but would love to go and try to meet new friends. Single for the first time in 16 years and really needing to meet people and have friends again.

Hey all! BS is great! From the owners, the people who work there, to the drink specials, and of course the regulars who hang out and mingle, BS is for everyone. Stop by and see! Oh and Wednesday nights are wild! 2-4-1 drinks special all evening and great dance music.

Wednesday Night was a BLAST. Friendly people, great drinks, and great atmosphere.

I took 5 of my straight friends there Saturday night and they LOVED it. They had to drag me out of there!! I'm going back the next time I'm in town.

last thursday night i brought some pizza for everyone.and i had lots of fun singing.everyone was nice.the bartenders are very sweet.i injoy it there.i hope i can find someone to be with.may be i can find one there.

2 floors...went saturday and the music was great along with the bartenders and the crowd was mixed.....sunday night was weary cause it was kareoke but ended up being fun....recommend it 2 all

This is the place to be for all the hot ass in the city on wednesdays. This is a fun but small video bar. Wednesday nights are 2 for 1 all night! Come early and leave late! The dance floor is small and the place gets packed, but its nice having a bunch of hot guys rubbing on you as they walk by! so its cool! You will have a fun time if you go on wednesday night!
