Even in Cancun they have English nights! The drag queens in Cancun even have routines in English also! It would be nice if this place could do at least 1 weekend and 1 week night in English!. The place is nice, but cannot understand alot of what is going on! (Maybe they have and I have missed, but I don't see it advertized, and I have been there at least once on everynight of the week!
I love the upbeat hip new age latin music. NOt only is the music great there is a good mix of gay/les/bi and some trans. many beautiful ppl
I went there on one of their Carnaval Latino nights. Most of the guys were in their 20s. Lots of hip-hop music. I think the vodka was watered down because I didn't get any buzz at all (and I don't drink often). Parking is horrible here, so arrive early. Club Sarape is next door, and is also Latin, but for more butch cowboy types. If the parking were more plentiful and safer, I would probably go here more often, but drink beforehand.
Karamba is one of the most welcoming clubs in Phoenix. There is a quiet patio outside and two bar areas inside. The first bar is a smaller more intimate room. It is wonderful for mixing and meeting new people or just watching the guests pass by. The larger room which is a dance and show area has a very festive atmosphere that puts everyone in the mood to dance or watch the shows. The FEMALE ILLUSIONISTS who star in these shows are just exceptional. They have the polish and class of the golden days of Drag Shows when QUEENS really were QUEENS! They also have big screen televisions in both rooms with video feeds that keep the atmosphere festive. But, if all that wasn't enough this club also has DJs in the old school tradition skilled at mixing it up and making everyone feel good. If you like to party, to really leave everything behind and let loose this is your place. You won't find a nicer staff, better bartenders or more fun anywhere in Phoenix.
super hot latin boys everywhere. Definitely a must see. Great music from well known DJ.
