Velocity 2303

Great club. Clean bar and restrooms. Friendly staff that doesn't make patrons wait endlessly for a cocktail. Resonable prices and no cover. The DJ on Friday is the best. Phoenix needs to support this club instead of running to the Anderson's rehash. Or the cumbia/reggaeton/country trainwreck music of Charlies. The staff here will remember you, and they are always glad to see you again. Plenty of mature men, not overun with silly twink boys.

Love the music Friday Nights with DJ QUBIQ. He used to be at Charlie's for their afterhours as DJ Jimmy C. Nice to hear him during regular hours. :)

The Karaoke Show at Velocity is the best in the valley!

I visited Velocity 2303 when I vacationed in the valley from 04/07/07 through 04/12/07. The bar was well worth going to. I found it spotlessly clean, professionally staffed by bartenders and barbacks lacking any attitude or arrogance. To be quite frank, they were genuinely friendly!! The same goes for the bar regulars! Hats off also to the music. It was fab! Wishing Velocity 2303 many years of thriving success and thank you to Rick W. for making me feel so at home here. I will be making a return trip to the valley from 06/30/07 through 07/07/07 and will most certainly be back to Velocity 2303!

I thought that the new name would mean some changes. I was wrong. The ownership and staff are fine. However, there are still way too many women in this place! I don't go to a gay bar to be cruised by females. Yes, they are real females, either that or they've had their Adam's Apples removed. This same lousy situation hasn't changed in five visits. I won't try again.
